Privacy Policy
Off Leash Behavior, LLC (“Off Leash Behavior,” “we,” “us”) operates vetscout.ai. This policy covers what we collect through this website. The VETscout product at app.vetscout.ai, including any clinic or patient information in it, is covered by the agreement your hospital signs with us, not by this page.
Information we collect
When you book a call, our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects the details you enter, such as your name, email and hospital. When you email us, we receive whatever you send. Our website host, Framer, collects basic cookieless analytics, such as pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, which we see only in aggregate.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, to schedule and prepare for calls, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this site and talk with you, including Framer (hosting), Google Workspace (email) and Calendly (scheduling). They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details while we’re in touch, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. If you are a California resident, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make one, email hello@vetscout.ai.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
